Kim brings more than a decade of experience from Soft Landings, a senior transition and moving business in Portland. Prior to that, her early career was in social work in Los Angeles and Portland, where she supported children and families. She has a genuine love for the lived-in homes she helps transform — piles of papers, full bookshelves, and all.
Kim is passionate about guiding clients out of chaos and empowering them to participate in shaping their next chapter. She isn’t afraid to navigate complex family dynamics and approaches every situation with empathy, kindness, and a steady hand. Her priority is ensuring clients and their support networks feel heard, respected, and valued as they move forward together.

Robyn Spring is the co-founder of BoldSteps, where she helps older adults and their families navigate downsizing and home transitions with compassion and clarity. She brings extensive experience in packing, space planning, home setup, and creating calm, organized environments during times of change.
Before BoldSteps, Robyn worked with local and national Alzheimer’s Associations in outreach, education, and program development, and she has hands-on experience in estate sales and managing a nonprofit thrift store supporting families moving out of homelessness. Known for her efficiency and warmth, she considers it a privilege to ease stress for seniors and their loved ones.
When she’s not working, Robyn enjoys reading, beach walks, collecting miniatures, and baking treats to share.
